I’m so concerned about your symptoms that I am sending you home with a home sleep test. Unfortunately, we are not credible witnesses when we are asleep, so I need to use the sleep test to see what is going on when you sleep. In addition, I am giving you a prescription to have an X-ray taken as well as a short educational video about some root causes for your jaw’s underdevelopment.
Your [SYMPTOMS] have a root cause and can lead to downstream effects. I want to gather more information to come up with a better action plan for you. I like to educate my patients, so I’m sending you home with a fun movie night kit and video. It’s about an hour long. I would like you to watch and write down any questions you may have.
My Vivos Coordinator, [NAME], will get you set up with your home sleep test. I’ll see you in a week or so to review the findings and discuss what’s happening together.

Block 1 and Block 2 Live Practical Training
Our live training courses are available to all Vivos VIPs who have completed the Online Block Training. This is a hands-on course where you will review everything learned from online block training, go through the record process as a patient, and take the records as the doctor. You will also get hands-on training with Vivos guides and the DNA, mRNA, and mmRNA appliances.
*You must have completed Online Block Training and attended Live Block 1 practical training to attend Block 2 live.
