We could not be more proud of the beautiful Vivos Institute! The Vivos Institute training center in Denver, Colorado, was established to provide advanced postgraduate education to dentists, dental teams, and other healthcare professionals in a live and hands-on setting.
The Institute plays an essential role in Vivos’ mission to spread awareness about OSA among dental professionals, as they are best equipped to provide treatment for the life-altering disorder.

TMJ Part 1 was a huge success last weekend! Don’t miss TMJ 2 in October!
30 Doctors and one dental pup attended our first TMJ course this weekend! The energy of the attendees was vibrant as they were eager to learn about how to treat TMD. Block 1 and Block 2 Live Practical Training
Our live training courses are available to all Vivos VIPs who have completed the Online Block Training. This is a hands-on course where you will review everything learned from online block training, go through the record process as a patient, and take the records as the doctor. You will also get hands-on training with Vivos guides, the DNA, mRNA, and mmRNA appliances.
*You must have completed Online Block Training and attended Live Block 1 practical training to attend Block 2 live.

Consultation Scheduling Updates in AireO2
The appliance design consultation scheduler has moved to the patient’s profile in AireO2! The scheduling tile on the dashboard will be removed, so you will have to go within the patient’s profile to schedule a consultation. This will allow our team to double-check that you are ready for a consultation before letting you proceed with scheduling.
Once these updates are fully functional, you will see the following screens:
A validation screen will show you what requirements you will need to have prior to a consultation, as well as whether you meet those needs.
Once you’ve met the prerequisites, the Calendly pop-up window will appear. You won’t even have to leave the patient’s profile to complete the scheduling!

Changes Are Coming to Appliance Design Consultations
Starting on August 24, our Calendly schedule for appliance design consultations will now work in a round-robin format. This means you won’t need to search through multiple specialist appointments to find a time that works for you! The scheduler will present you with all times available for any of our appliance design specialists and auto-assign a specialist based on their availability.
We are also excited to announce that our hours of availability have increased for appointment availability. You will now have access to the team Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. MST.
