Dear VIPs,

Thank you for the opportunity to work together as we combat the sleep apnea epidemic together. It is a privilege to work with you!

This year, we have focused on listening to the needs of our doctors to deliver a superior product that is able to be billed to Medicare and work within the processes of the medical community to independently diagnose sleep apnea. Through this collaboration, we are proud to announce that the mmRNA is eligible for Medicare–the first and only appliance of its kind.

As a result of these advancements, as well as the increasing supply costs that manufacturers are facing everywhere, we are experiencing increasing costs. Beginning May 2, 2022, we will be making a small price adjustment on our appliances of ~3-7%, which is in line with the current cost of inflation.

These pricing adjustments will allow us to cover increasing manufacturing costs and continue to provide our exclusive VIP services. This pricing will go into effect for orders submitted and/or existing orders resubmitted for adjustments after May 2.

Thank you again for your partnership in working to solve the sleep apnea epidemic that is impacting the lives of millions. We appreciate your support, your collaboration, and your commitment to patients. We look forward to a great 2022!

Sincerely,

The Vivos Team
