Meet the Speaker

Rachel Gatta/ RDH

Rachel is a registered dental hygienist with 20 years of clinical experience. The vast majority of her clinical experience has been in private practice in the Dallas area, with a handful of years also spent with a DSO in Ohio. Rachel holds active licenses in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Overall health and wellness are her passion. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics, as well as a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, both earned from Texas Women’s University in Denton, Texas.

Practice Advisor Support
We are excited about the realignment of the Practice Advisory department. We have been listening as many of you voiced a request to have a “Practice Advisory Help Desk” that would offer instant support and availability. This is now in place!

Email pasupport@vivoslife.com or call (720) 664-3320 from 8:00 a.m. EST to 5:00 p.m. PST and have a Practice Advisor available to assist you with those urgent “patient is here in the practice” kinds of questions. The PA team will also continue to support all of you with webinars, Tip Tuesdays, remote training, and more. Historically, we have had specific PAs assigned to you and your practice. You will still have PA support, but you will likely have a new specialist in the specific area you need help in. Again, these changes are being made to provide the support each of you needs and wants.

Please keep sharing your ideas for support. We are listening!

How to request an in-office support visit: On your Vivos Aire dashboard, you can now request in-office training. Please reach out to the Practice Advisory Support team to learn more.

Treatment Navigator Program

We are thrilled to announce that we are ready to launch this program! Treatment Navigators will work on behalf of your practice to guide patients through the sleep testing process, attending a telemedicine visit with a sleep physician in their state, receiving an interpretation, and obtaining the recommendations and MDRX from the sleep doctor. Then, they will educate the patient, review recommendations and ballpark financials, gather the necessary patient forms and validated questionnaires, and get the patient scheduled for their head and neck exam and full records.

One version of our Treatment Navigator program involves funneling patients you’ve already screened at your practice. We can also pair the Treatment Navigator with a social media campaign in your area to bring new sleep and dental patients to your practice. We are actively piloting both models and seeing amazing results. Practice Management Consulting

We are currently assessing what areas our doctors are most concerned with (i.e., hiring, training, culture, goals and planning, bringing on an associate, measuring performance, posting an office manager, etc.). Once we have an idea of how many of our VIPs would like assistance and in what areas, we will put together consulting modules and make them available to all of you.

We have been listening, and it is apparent to us that having a more organized practice as a foundation for implementing Vivos will ensure a higher success rate with our providers. Block 1 and Block 2 Live Practical Training

Our live training courses are available to all Vivos VIPs who have completed the Online Block Training. This is a hands-on course where you will review everything learned from online block training, go through the record process as a patient, and take the records as the doctor. You will also get hands-on training with Vivos guides and the DNA, mRNA, and mmRNA appliances.

*You must have completed Online Block Training and attended Live Block 1 practical training to attend Block 2 live.
