Closing Out 2022

As we wrap up another year, it’s essential to reflect
on progress and look toward changes in the New Year!

Here are a few things to consider as you prepare your practice for 2023:

  • Celebrate your team: Remember to celebrate your team’s wins and hard work. Whether it’s an office party, catering lunch, or a holiday bonus, your staff will be thrilled to receive the recognition.
  • Be prepared for a wave of new insurance and consider raising your fees: Many practices have held off on fee increases for the last year, so consider implementing a 3 to 6 percent increase.
  • Create a marketing plan: Plan out quarterly goals for your marketing budget and plan for the year! Consider taking fresh staff photos and photos of your practice. A website refresh to go along with your marketing plan is a great place to start.
  • Review job descriptions and plan out your team meeting: Team meetings are a great way to ensure everyone is on the same page. Additionally, by reviewing job descriptions, you can ensure that everyone is clear about expectations and roles in the practice.
  • Review KPIs and Practice Goals: Now is a great time to review your goals for the current year and create your new goals for next year. Did you meet your Vivos goals this year? What are your Vivos goals for next year?
