Sara is employed by Vivos Therapeutics and works in the Institute for Craniofacial Sleep Medicine department.​ As the ICSM Administrator she works on delivering curriculum that will enhance and inform the Vivos Integrated Providers a successful path on treating patients with Craniofacial development deficiencies and patients with mild-moderate obstructed sleep disordered breathing.​

Dr. Lindsay Williams & Susie McCullough

Susie McCullough has been in dentistry for over 35 years.  She has owned a successful dental practice and has lectured internationally on practice management.  Susie was the owner, CEO and Senior Consultant for a top practice management consulting group and was the Director of Practice Development for Dental One Partners, a DSO with 165 practices.  Currently Ms. McCullough is the Executive Vice President of Operations for Vivos Therapeutics.  In addition to overseeing all operations for Vivos, she is an instructor at the Institute for Craniofacial Sleep Medicine.  Ms. McCullough is a dynamic and engaging speaker who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her audiences. 

Dr Williams practices craniofacial sleep medicine in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.  She uses a multidisciplinary approach to diagnose and treat patients using oral appliance therapy. She is an Integrated Clinical Advisor in the Vivos Integrated Health Network.  She mentors and leads a team of over 150 doctors in their use and application of Vivos appliances, including one-on-one case consultations to review treatment plans and diagnostics.   She is an instructor at the Institute for Craniofacial Sleep Medicine where she instructs hundreds of dentists and staff in many aspects of training including: comprehensive head and neck examinations, case presentation and patient flow within the practice, and adjusting and delivering appliances. She is currently a candidate to become a diplomate of the American Sleep and Breathing Academy. ​

Dr. Jon Caulfield

Dr. Jon W. Caulfield owns and operates Epic Dentistry in Littleton, Colorado, where he focuses on treating patients with airway, sleep and TMJ disorders. A self-proclaimed CE junkie, Dr. Caulfield has committed the practice to continuing education for himself, his team, and for other dentists around the country who share his passion for helping patients reclaim their health and live better lives. He has been fortunate to work alongside world leaders in neuromuscular occlusion, sleep, and airway improvement. He has been a certified DNA appliance provider since 2010 and is an employee and integrated clinical advisor for Vivos. He also holds a diplomate status with the American Sleep and Breathing Academy.

Cat Bonnar

Cathryn H. Bonar has served as Senior Vice President – Compliance & Medical Billing of Vivos Therapeutics since January 2018. ​

From July 2014 until August 2017, Ms. Bonar had served as Owner and Director of Reimbursity Medical Billing Services, Inc., which created and implemented a medical billing process and protocol for billing medical insurance for Dentists and Oral Surgeons across the country. From 2010 to 2014, she had served as a partner and director of Medical EZ Billing. Ms. Bonar is regarded as an expert in medical billing for the dental practice and has been featured in various professional periodicals for her work. She has also lectured at various dental conventions, across the country, on medical billing for continuing education. Mrs. Bonar has initiated and developed company compliance procedures, quality record management and regulatory processes. She initiated and leads our Compliance Committee to ensure and execute company compliance with the laws and governing regulatory bodies applicable to Vivos Therapeutics. She has become an invaluable resource to Vivos Therapeutics procuring FDA clearances and clinical trials throughout the country. Ms. Bonar holds a Bachelor of Science from Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA. ​

Aaron Stevens, Todd Huntsman

Aaron Stevens has a 20+ year history in the field of craniofacial dental sleep medicine, craniofacial biometrics, CBCT Machines, clinical diagnostics, TMD Appliance Therapy, Atlas Orthogonal Therapy, Sleep Appliance Therapy, and university research and collaboration. As the AI Diagnostic and Clinical Protocol Director at Vivos Therapeutics, Aaron works closely with Clinical Advisors and Advocates in collaborating and consulting with other Vivos Providers on diagnosing, finding treatment objectives and establishing treatment plans. Aaron also leads the efforts for the current and ongoing educational efforts around Vivos Products and Systems. In 2019, Aaron led the efforts to building out the Airway Intelligence Report and team of technicians who perform thousands of Airway Intelligence Reports each year. This diagnostic report has enabled all Vivos providers with pertinent and tactical information they need to help them better diagnose and treatment plan their case.

Todd is the SVP of Products and Technology and Co-Founder at Vivos Therapeutics, Inc.  He leads the teams that promotes and supports the sales process of Vivos Integrated Practices and Products, Clinical competency and confidence among Vivos Integrated Providers, product quality assurance, R&D and Product enhancements. Through Todd’s leadership, he developed and launched the Airway Intelligence Service Program, which encompasses diagnostic reporting, collaboration services with Vivos Providers, online patient management tools, and product ordering online.  He serves on a variety of Vivos Committees, including research and development, Airway Intelligence Diagnostics, Clinical Protocols, compliance and more.
